Heard from Frank at The Fountain

In the opening minutes of The Fountain I heard a voice, loud and distinct in my head. It said "Let This Happen!" It was overwhelming. Only later, when I thought about it, did I realize it was perplexing. I wondered, Let What Happen? But at the time I took it to mean that I should let the movie unfold and that I was right to be undergoing the pains of helping my father to die and to have lost a fiance and forced to return to my wretched home town, where I was hiding from the whole thing in a theatre at 3 in the afternoon watching the most fabulous candlelight movie I have seen since Barry Lyndon.
